• Please ensure the email address you provide at checkout is correct, as delivery details may be sent there

3. Returns and Refunds — Digital Products

Because digital Materials are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

4. Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at contact@mcatprime.com within 7 days of delivery/download, including your order number and photos where relevant, and we will work to resolve the issue.

5. Order Cancellations
